- Removal of 36’ section of load bearing wall and replacement with engineered wood product (EWP) beams, columns and footings in Springwater Township, County of Simcoe, Ontario
- Structural Assessment of a 80’ section of covered porch attached to a 5000 ft2 commercial building on Highway 11 in Oro-Medonte Township, County of Simcoe.
- Design and project management of new cottage near Huntsville, Ontario. We provided project management and design/redesign of stock blueprints to suit the Owners requirements and constraints of the property.
- Replacement of floor joists and main floor beam, 30 year old house near Barrie, ON. An underventilated crawlspace lead to dry rot and bouncy floors.
